Champagne Brut Reserve

The champagne for all occasions...

Whatever the occasion, the cuvée Brut delights with its finesse and festive fizz. It's the ideal aperitif wine and is perfect for your precious convivial moments.

Cepages: chardonnay, pinot meunier et pinot noir.
It is also available as a demi-sec cuvée, slightly sweeter, to go with desserts.

Tasting notes:

Golden robe. The nose shows subtle aromas of white fruit and citrus. The mouth is lively, lifted by little hints of fruit and the delicate tingling of its freshness.

Serving suggestions:

Serving temperature: 8°C (45°F)
Brut: As an aperitif or at any moment in good company.
Demi-sec: To accompany desserts and the end of the meal. It also makes a happy marriage with foie gras.

Guide Gilbert & Gaillard

Brut: Golden robe, delicate nose reminiscent of apples. The same aromas are found in the mouth, supported by a lively structure. To be drunk well chilled as an aperitif.
(Guide Gilbert & Gaillard 2009)

Demi-Sec: The wine is well dosed and balanced, would be delicious with a pear tart.
(Guide Gilbert & Gaillard 2010)
